Product Introduction

Our large-capacity pallet racking is engineered for handling heavy goods and large volumes of palletised cargo. This racking system is designed primarily for mechanical access and offers low cost, safety, and reliability. It is widely used in manufacturing, third-party logistics (3PL), and distribution centers.The upright frames feature diamond-shaped holes, allowing beams to be adjusted vertically in 75mm increments. The typical length of a single bay does not exceed 3.5 meters.Mid-to high-bay racking typically reaches heights of up to 12 meters, while ultra-high-bay racking can go as high as 25 meters. The system is fully compatible with standard forklifts, ensuring straightforward and efficient pallet handling during daily warehouse operations.

In practice, the principle of placing heavy loads on lower levels and light loads on upper levels should be followed. Overloading must be prevented. Protective legs and round tube guardrails should be installed to protect against forklift impacts. Additionally, sufficient aisle space must be reserved to ensure safe storage and retrieval operations.

Furthermore, the drive-in design of this racking system allows forklifts to enter directly into the racking structure for operation, reducing aisle occupation and increasing storage density.
