The Very Narrow Aisle Pallet Racking System is named after the narrow width of the forklift aisle. It is based on a beam rack structure and is limited by adding ground rails (usually made of angle steel or protective plates) to limit the driving range of the turret trucks, reducing the aisle width to 1600-2000mm-only slightly larger than the pallet size.This enables high-density storage while maintaining 100% pallet accessibility and fast retrieval efficiency.

Compared to regular forklifts, turret truck can save up to 50% of aisle space and can also achieve twice the operating height. This system is suitable for warehouses with high inventory turnover, large storage capacity requirements, and sufficient clear height-typically recommended at over 8 meters, with a maximum design height of up to 15 meters.
It is worth noting that this system also imposes certain requirements on requipment and operation. Turret truck is a specialized equipment that demand a high level of operator skill, and driver must undergo professional training before being qualified to operate them.
